Chantal comes to the Duet team energized and enthusiastic, ready to share the amazing work and essential resources with people who would not have imagined that there is a nontraditional pathway to achieve higher education.
Higher education and city government have always presented barriers to those in the most need. Still, these challenges have only fueled Chantal’s interest to continue advocating and finding innovative ways to connect people with services and resources that are available, but often inaccessible.
“Student affairs and engagement were my first experience working in higher education, but the more I learned about Duet, I realized that there is a need for more people who look like me to work on creating intentional and affordable ways to access and navigate the higher education journey. Duet and SNHU offer a unique pathway for people to access and complete their college education, without worrying about financial or time constraints, which often discourage people.”
Outside of work, Chantal enjoys traveling as well as listening to and creating music.
