René Haile
Senior Academic Coach
René comes to Duet after over a decade in K-12 public education in Boston. Having worked with students as a teacher, special education advocate, and administrator, she was interested in turning her attention to the later part of the education journey - college completion. Duet's mission to use coaching as a key lever to help people attain their degrees spoke to René's deep conviction in the power of community. She is eager to make those connections and overcome barriers.

When not working, René can be found training for and doing triathlons with her friends, adventuring with her two daughters and husband, or diving into a great book.
